From the world's top first and second tier brand gas stove OEM production, with a daily output of nearly 10000 units, the production line uses MES production information management system, from scanning and dispatching, workshop scheduling, production monitoring, data collection, material tracking, to product photography and archiving, as well as AI leak proof component detection, leak proof component scanning and video monitoring retention, with complete and clear traceability. Each production line is equipped with two testing stations to conduct fire testing and online flow detection on each product, ensuring the safety and qualification of each gas stove finished product.
